acquired, developed, and operated a wide array of commercial properties,
creating a commercial portfolio in excess of 3 million square feet.
By identifying opportunities to improve or reposition these acquisitions,
Antares is able to grow the value of these properties both for investors
and tenants.
We look to increase occupancy through proactive tenant relationships and aggressive marketing and leasing strategies, decrease operating expenses through disciplined oversight and established vendor relationships, and implement efficient capital and tenant improvement projects using an experienced, in-house construction team.
