Antares wins awards from builders group
Antares Investment Partners, the real estate development and private
equity firm headquartered in Greenwich, has won three of this year's
awards from the Home Builders Association of Connecticut. Antares
received awards for "Best Spec Home of the Year over $9 million,"
"Best Overall Brochure" and "Best Individual Home
Brochure."
Among the high-end spec homes for which Antares was recognized,
Stone Chase, a $9.85 million house, is set on 2.08 Greenwich acres
and is surrounded by an 11-acre land preserve. More than 17,800
square feet of interior space hold a home theater, 10,000- bottle
wine cellar and spa baths, along with a heated four-car garage.
The Antares Mansion Group recently sold Two Fountains Estate, a
20,000-square-foot spec mansion, for $10.75 million.
Recently listed is Lake Carrington Estate, a spec home of about
40,000 square feet, with a couture-ready interior, for $30 million.
The estate on 8.8 acres with a private lake was designed by Manhattan-based
architect Boris Baranovich, and has two elevators, an indoor lap
pool, a 20,000 bottle wine cellar, six fireplaces, eight marble
baths and multiple powder rooms. Edmund D. Hollander Landscape Architects
in New York City designed the grounds.
